Prepare your home for the Photoshoot 

• Try NOT to schedule your photoshoot on trash day

• Remove clutter and small appliances from counters

• Remove personal photographs

• Put away kids and pet toys

• Remove small floor rugs to reveal flooring

 

• Remove refrigerator magnets

• Put away dirty dishes   

                                            

• Close all toilet lids 

• Hide wastebaskets and hang up fresh towels    

 

• Clean  vacuum & mop floors, clean countertops, dust, clean

       windows, mirrors, and make all beds                                                                       

•  Replace all burned out light bulbs, use bulbs of the same  temperature 

•  If you have a pool, remove pool sweep and toys

•  Roll up the garden hose and hide

•  Hide trash cans                                        

     

On picture day....

• Open blinds/curtains                                                                              

• Turn all ceiling fans OFF

• Turn TVs & computer screens OFF  

• Turn all overhead lights and lamps ON

• Park your vehicles away from the house
